What does small batch mean?
Small batch means we create each Uu-mah-mia jar with the kind of attention that makes most delicious kitchen helper you’ll taste. We don’t manufacture in large bulk quantities. Please be aware that sometimes we sell out in peak seasons.
Mothers Day and the Christmas season are popular, so get your order in early!
Can I place a wholesale order?
We’re all about that small batch, high-quality goodness right now. So at the moment, we aren’t taking wholesale orders. But don’t worry! In the future, we plan to team up with a few select partners. If you’d like to be one of them, just shoot us an email with your ideas!
Why can’t I just ring you when I feel like it?
You can – I love a chat.
However, because we are in Alice Springs you may find I am asleep – depending on where you are there is likely to be a significant time difference.
For this reason it’s better we line up a time that suits us both. Emailing a brief description of your query first also helps me have the answer ready for you when we do speak.
How long will it take before I hear from a real person?
Firstly you will receive an automated email to let you know we got your enquiry. Then you will always hear from a real person (usually Raelene) with in 48 hours – that’s 2 working days – don’t count weekends and public holidays.
