Happily, my family was always on the “with garlic” side, along with big meals, loud kitchens, and plenty of laughs. Now, I’m in Alice Springs, making sun-dried chillies into Uu-mah-mia’s crunchy creations – proof that a good meal is all about bold flavours and bringing people together.
